The need
Fiege Italia, the logistics company, needed educational videos for new hires explaining how to pack and how to work in each department for its client Zalando.
Inbound
Visual explanation of receiving (Receive) and storage (Stow): applying QL labels, scanning barcodes and placement rules by category — textiles, accessories, footwear and hanging garments.
Outbound
Coverage of order picking (Pick), sortation (Sortation) and packing (Pack): optimised routes, the use of differently coloured carts, and rules for boxes, bags and multi-item orders.
Customer return
Detailed sorting of returns (Good, PS and Defect), cleaning procedures, condition checks and standard packaging for different categories: smart and sports footwear, shirts, trousers, dresses and accessories.
On set and design
Shooting days at the logistics centre (Aknos Business Park, Stradella) with professional equipment, art direction, styling, make-up and dedicated shooting tables. Motion graphics, icons and visual elements built strictly around FIEGE's brand identity, plus a photo library of staff, offices and logistics processes.
